Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using PulseEdge. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

PulseEdge is a personalized market intelligence newsletter delivered by email. We aggregate publicly available market data and use AI to generate briefs tailored to your selected tickers, asset categories, and delivery preferences.

PulseEdge does not provide financial advice. Nothing in our emails, on our website, or in any communication from us constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or a solicitation of any investment. All market data and commentary is for informational purposes only. You should consult a qualified financial adviser before making any investment decisions.

2. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when signing up and keep it up to date.
  • You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Free Trial

New users receive a 7-day free trial. No payment information is required during the trial period. At the end of the trial, your briefs will pause unless you subscribe to a paid plan. We will send you a reminder email on the last day of your trial.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate displayed at the time of purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect immediately — we do not offer partial-month refunds.
  • We reserve the right to change our pricing with at least 30 days' notice to subscribers.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reproduce, redistribute, or resell the content of your briefs without our written permission.
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or extract data from our service.

6. Intellectual Property

The PulseEdge name, logo, website, and brief content are owned by or licensed to PulseEdge. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable right to receive and read your briefs. It does not grant you any ownership of our content or technology.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT MARKET DATA WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PULSEEDGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY FINANCIAL LOSSES RESULTING FROM INVESTMENT DECISIONS MADE BASED ON CONTENT IN YOUR BRIEFS.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@pulseedge.org. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States.
